Current Diet And Supplements

Just wanted to give you update on what I've been doing for diet to help with anxiety and what supplements I've been taking. What works for me, thus far on this never ending journey to feeling better. 

Morning:

2 eggs - food

Coffee - 2 cups

Vitamin B - supplements

Multi Vitamin - - supplements

Tumeric - supplements

Ginseng - supplements

Vitamin D (In winter) - supplements

Afternoon

Small portion of chicken stir fry with vegetables

Smoothie with protein powder, maca, cacao powder, beat powder, and MCT oil.

Coffee - 1 cup

Dinner

Cod or Salmon and salad. 

Snack

Almonds, dark chocolate, pistachios.

So far this is best combination of supplements and food for me. I'm sure there's something better, always looking for new answers to this question and trying new things.
