Our standard breakage policy is that we include extras with each shipment, if the monetary cost of the extras outweighs the cost of the damages (even if they are of different styles), then there is no refund or replacement issued and you are still in the positive with the extras. We do not knowingly sell our products to stores that sell puppies. We feel very strongly about adoption and run our own non-profit rescue and assist program. There are so many animals in shelters in need of a good home, it is something very dear to our hearts and the philosophy of this business.
